Publishing
How your edits become the live website — in plain terms.
Publishing
Everything you change in Crowd Studio is saved automatically as you work, but it stays private — visitors keep seeing the last published version. Pressing Publish in the toolbar is the deliberate step that makes your current edits the live website.
The one exception is your very first website: onboarding publishes that initial version for you automatically, so your address works the moment you finish signing up — see Select Your Template & Create Your Website. Every change after that is yours to publish, on your own schedule.
Tip — Keep going in Crowd Studio
The exact save-and-publish mechanics — what "unsaved changes" means, and what happens if two people edit at once — are covered in How to Use Crowd Studio.
