Can I switch between Showcase and Commerce?

Yes, at any time, on either plan. Switching to Commerce prompts a short verification with our payments provider before you can take money.

Are any templates locked to a plan?

No. Every template family and both site modes are on both plans. The plans differ only in how many sites you get, storage, and professional email.

What happens if a payment fails?

Your sites stay online through the retry window. If it is still unresolved after that they are unpublished rather than deleted, and your data is kept for 90 days.

Can I use a domain I already own?

Yes, on both plans. Midcrowd does not sell domains — you keep yours with your registrar and point it at us.
