The Website Management Screen

Your website, before you open the editor — and what its ⋯ menu can do.

The Website Management Screen

Going to Crowd Studio directly — rather than through the Editor link for a specific website — opens a management screen: your website as a card, with its status (Published, Draft, Offline), its address, and a small live preview of its home page.

Edit website is the one wide, brand-coloured button — the main reason this screen exists. Everything else lives behind the ⋯ menu next to it:

  • Rename — change your website's internal name
  • Preview — open the clean, full-page preview without entering the editor
  • View live site — only shown once your website is actually published
  • Site settings and Dashboard — jump straight to either one
  • Archive — take your website offline while keeping everything, so it can be restored later
  • Delete — permanently remove it, behind its own confirmation

TipEvery action is confirmed

Rename, Archive and Delete each open their own confirmation dialog before anything happens — nothing in this menu acts on the first click.
