The Freeform Canvas

Most sections follow their template's own structured layout — a hero, a menu, a testimonials band. A canvas section is different: it's an open area you build up yourself, by placing elements from the Elements tool — text, images, videos, galleries, buttons, shapes, lines and containers for grouping — wherever you want them.

Press Add a canvas section from the Pages tool to add an empty one, or simply insert an element from the Elements tool while nothing else is selected — Crowd Studio creates the canvas for you and places the element on it in one step.
