Documents juridiques

- Which registered legal entity contracts with subscribers and with custom-project clients?
"Midcrowd" as a trading name, with the entity marked to be confirmed. - What is the registered business address that must appear on invoices and notices?
No address is printed; correspondence is directed to the support mailbox. - Which country's law governs the customer agreement, and where are disputes heard?
The governing-law clause states that this is to be confirmed. - Is 14 days the intended refund window for a platform subscription payment, and does it apply to the $0.99 first month as well as to renewals?
14 days, stated as Midcrowd's practice rather than as a statutory right. - What are the standard commercial terms for a custom project — deposit percentage, payment schedule, late-payment consequence, warranty period, and whether IP transfers on final payment?
The custom-services terms say each of these is set in the written proposal for that project, and state no default figure. - Which regions may subscriber and end-customer data be processed in, and is a signed DPA offered to business subscribers?
The data-processing terms describe the sub-processors actually in use and say the region list is to be confirmed. - Which AI providers may be used on a custom project, and must each be named to the client before data reaches it?
The AI terms say providers are named in the project proposal and may change with notice.
