Refund Policy
How refunds work for purchases and for Midcrowd subscriptions.

Purchases from a seller
Each seller sets and publishes their own refund policy. Refunds are issued by the seller. The payment processing fee is not returned by the processor.
Midcrowd subscriptions
Each website is billed separately: US$0.99 for its first billing period, then US$19.99 per month. Fees already paid for a website's current period are not refunded when you cancel; that website keeps working until the period ends, and only that website is affected. A charge made in error — a duplicate charge for the same website, or a charge after a cancellation had taken effect — is refunded in full: write to the address below with the invoice number.
