Schedule
Payouts are made on a weekly schedule by the payment processor into the bank account on your connected account. Where a country does not support weekly payouts, the dashboard shows your actual schedule rather than promising weekly.
Holds
A payout can be held where there is a credible risk indication, such as an unusual dispute rate. We record the reason, and releasing a hold requires a second approver.
Bank details
Bank details are entered and changed only through the payment processor's own hosted flow. Midcrowd never displays a bank account form and stores only the last four digits, bank name, country and status.
