During onboarding you're asked: will you sell online? Showcase presents your business and captures enquiries, with no payment setup needed. Sell online includes everything Showcase does, plus a shop, products and orders on the same website.
This is not two different products — it's one website either way, and switching it on later adds the Products and Orders screens to your dashboard without losing anything you've already built.
Nota — Not every template sells
A handful of templates — clinics, for example — are showcase-only by design, since selling online isn't how that kind of business works. If yours is one of them, onboarding tells you so and simply skips ahead in showcase mode.
