Publishing

Autosave keeps your work safe, but it stays private — visitors keep seeing your last published version. Press Publish in the top bar when you want your current edits to become the live website. Crowd Studio saves any last changes first, then publishes exactly that version.

If something on the page needs fixing before it can go out — a required field left empty, for instance — Publish is disabled and a small button tells you how many things need attention, each with a link straight to it.

History, next to Publish, is the record of every version you've published — each entry is a real point you can look at, and roll back to if you ever need to undo a publish rather than an edit.
