With lessons from Phase 3, migrate production. Always have a rollback plan. Never migrate without testing the rollback procedure first.

- Use reserved instances for predictable workloads (save 40-60%)
- Auto-scale to zero for non-production environments
- Use managed services (RDS, ElastiCache) instead of self-managed
- Review costs monthly with an optimization mindset
